Wide Format Printing
With a HP Latex wide format printer, we can print designs up to 64" wide. We can make stickers, banners, signs, vehicle decals and vehicle wraps all on this printer. This printer produces scratch resistant prints on a variety of substrates including vinyl, banner, canvis, and paper. Inks come out dry immediately so we can produce a finished product in as low as one business day. Prints can also be laminated to provide extra protection and longevity.
Vinyl Cutting
We use vinyl cutters to cut designs into rolls of vinyl to make decals, stickers, and heat transfers for apparel. This is great for the one off designs that are small to medium in size or bulk orders. With these cutters we can cut from rolls up to 64" wide. We can cut almost any shape you can imagine!
Sublimation
Sublimation is the process of permanently infusing special inks into the surface of various products. With this process, we can produce products with full color designs that are waterproof and scratch proof. Sublimation is prefect for promotional products and gifts.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving creates permanent marks on surfaces to create unique products. With our engraver, we can mark wood, stainless steel, acrylic, glass, stone, and so much more. We can create custom products ranging from Christmas ornaments to custom drinkware. Our laser also has capabilities of cutting some substrates into any shape imaginable.
Installation
Some products are not complete until they are installed. We can install the graphics to create a finished product that is sure to get noticed. Whether it is applying graphics to signs or vehicles, we offer installation services to ensure the best quality possible. Contact us for more details.
Print Process
After the order is placed, we take the file and send it to the printer with the required settings. Our printer uses Latex inks to provide durable and long lasting prints that are instantly dry. This enables us to finish the product immediately so that we can provide the shortest turnaround time possible.
Once the order is printed, it is taken to our cutter, where it is then cut into individual stickers. Other products may be manually cut and finished with grommets or mounted onto another substrate to create a finished product.
